Oh, Bridge, take me Home
Oh, Bridge, take me Home

At the bank of Rivanna river in Charlottesville, Virginia
(1)
I am lost in my own home
because I ignored where I was
I am looking for a bridge that can take me to the place
Where I would find myself
(2)
I need the sunlight to keep the woods shining in golden color
And the Rivanna river rolling forward very smoothly and meditatively
I need my heart to feel the bridge that sees my lonesome figure
(3)
Oh, my poor lonesome figure
If the darkness that I am scared of can burry all my flaws
I welcome it and implore it to arrive swiftly in its outmost density
(4)
All I want is to see myself as an ego-free being
All I believe in is an ego-free "me."
Because an ego-free "me" is the totally innocent me
That is genuinely righteous me
From that pure self of me
I can radiate the light of unconditioned love to all
That I of my ultimate identity
Is the bridge for millions who are lost in their own home!
