At Virginia home

A little wren has a beautiful story to tell

Woods gives her all that she needs

She is content and lives with the spontaneous rhythm of the woods

She sees

There is no interior and exterior “self” or world 

Her contentment melted her 

And navigates her dream with wordless serene and  bliss

She is the mere being, thus the being with all. 

She is a true seer and 

She sees that all is one and one is all!

A little wren is content and fear free!
